The decision was to call in the application for the following reason:

This proposal is for a site compound associated with works for
the Beauly   Denny power line. The CNPA have concerns at the
cumulative impact on the village of this compound and the
adjacent compound at the former lorry park site, raising issues of
landscape, and socio economic for Dalwhinnie. As such the
proposal raises issues of general significance.
